Pink Blossoms in a Winter Basket

I am such a gardener NOT!!

I have no idea what this beautiful plant is called. Each year the blossoms and flowers are a treat to see. Nestled in an old bakers basket a splash of pink adds a Spring feel to the Autumn season.
