A rainy day in Auckland
Hi there,
Burringbar is a long way from where I am at the moment, Ross is busy at Heath's Old Wares sourcing old-new and interesting curious so our shop remains an interesting place to visit.
Its rain and more rain over here for the next couple of days then back to the grey sunshine of Auckland.
I feel so incredibly fortunate to be so involved with our grandchildren, we have total access and trust from our children and their spouses to be able to take our grandchildren on holidays, visit anytime or have them visit us...
At the moment I am in Auckland being Granny to Sam (3) and George (19 months) we have been cooking, reading stories and building duplo...the word gratitude understates the my feelings on so many levels.

A thoughtful Tuesday
It's been an interesting week, Ross has been doing a couple of house calls and it always feels strange when someone who was an old customer with a wealth of historical knowledge takes the step to move out of their home into care... the circle of life is turning

Its been a while since we posted on our blog...a snapshot of our year!
Oh!! what a journey and what a year we have had!
We have lost someone very dear to us and had the birth of another grandson, the circle of life!
Our shop has taken shape and continues to evolve in Burringbar, located on the beautiful Tweed Valley Way, that is the OLD PACIFIC HIGHWAY...
We look forward to continue seeing our old customers and meeting new ones.
some snippets of our year!
